Facebook-related questions

1. How do I connect my Facebook Pixel to my store using OnePixel?

Install the OnePixel app from the Shoplazza App Store. Then follow the steps for Setting up Conversion API and Facebook Access token, create a Pixel in Facebook Ads Manager, and retrieve your ID using One Pixel | Obtaining Facebook Pixel ID.

2. What are the ways to sync my products to Facebook?

You can either:

  • Set up Facebook Shop. After setting up Facebook Shop, go to your Shoplazza admin and check the Facebook section to view the sync status. Product synchronization usually takes between 1 to 2 hours. However, the actual time may vary depending on the number of products and Facebook’s review process.
  • Use the Meta | Synchronizing Facebook feed option to sync your catalog items directly to Facebook.

3. Why does the product count in Facebook not match what I see in my store backend?

Check how you synced your products:

  • If using Facebook Shop, go to Sales channels > Facebook, add all products, then sync.
  • If using Facebook Feed, check if you’re syncing all products or selected collections, and make sure all variants are included.

4. Why am I getting a 'not eligible' message when selecting a Facebook ad account?

Your Facebook account must have full admin permissions in Business Manager to connect it.

5. What should I do if Facebook says my ad account has no payment method?

Click Add in the error message and follow the instructions to add a payment method in Facebook Ads Manager.

6. Can I use my personal ad account for Facebook campaigns?

Yes, if the following are true:

  • Automatic payment is enabled.
  • Ads have been placed before.
  • The account has prior ad spend.

Only one Facebook Page can be linked per store in the Shoplazza admin.

Google-related questions

1. Can I connect more than one store to the same Google Analytics account?

Yes. You can link multiple stores to the same GA account by creating separate properties for each one. This allows you to track each store’s performance independently without mixing data.

2. What should I do if my products are missing categories during Google Shopping pre-check?

If your products are flagged for missing categories during the Google Shopping pre-check, follow these steps to correct the issue: Go to your Shoplazza admin and navigate to Google > Shopping Campaign > Products > Product Precheck. For any product with missing data, click Edit Product Attributes and select the appropriate Google Product Category. Then save your changes or upload attributes directly.

3. Why aren't my product updates syncing right away with Google Merchant Center?

Product syncing is not immediate. Google reviews all changes, which typically takes a few hours depending on product volume and review queue.

4. Why does the number of products in GMC exceed what I uploaded from Shoplazza?

Products synced via the Shopping Ads app are labeled as coming from the Content API in Google Merchant Center. If you see additional items in GMC, check if any were uploaded manually or via other sources.

5. How can I remove products that were already uploaded to Google Merchant Center?

You can delete them from your store admin, or go to GMC Shopping Ads | Uploading products and remove them directly.

Yes. Go to Products > Categories, link each category with a Google category, and the feed will automatically include them. This applies to feeds from the Product Feed section.

9. Why is GMC still asking me to set up shipping and taxes even though I already did in Shoplazza?

Shipping and tax settings must be configured separately in GMC. Refer to GMC Shopping Ads | Uploading products and Setting up Sales Tax on GMC (U.S. only).

10. Which product title does GMC actually display?

GMC displays your product title combined with the variant name. You can override this by Setting up customized product title optimization for Google Ads.

11. Why does Shoplazza say my GMC account is suspended when everything looks fine in Google?

Use Google’s Merchant Center diagnostic tool to confirm your status. If valid, try reauthorizing in Shoplazza.

12. Can I delete products from GMC after my account is suspended?

Yes, but if you removed delivery countries before deleting products, it may take up to 30 days for the items to fully disappear from GMC.

13. Why isn’t a deleted product showing as removed in GMC?

If you deleted the country first, you'll have to wait up to 30 days. If you deleted the product first, the update should sync within a few hours.

14. Why am I getting an error saying I need to add a payment method during store pre-check?

Pre-check only supports PayPal or credit card. Local or manual payment methods aren’t accepted. If needed, you can click Skip pre-check to continue.

15. Why don’t my products in GMC support multiple currencies?

GMC only supports the base currency of your store’s main market. Multi-currency sync is not currently available.

16. If my original Google ad account was blocked, will that affect a new one I link?

It might. If both accounts share the same IP, domain, or payment details, Google may link them. To reduce risk, Manage and update page links using URL redirects and use different credentials.

17. How do I set up Google conversion tracking for my store?

1. How can I sync my store’s products to TikTok?

Use the Setting up your TikTok Catalog or Product Feeds Introduction and Setup guides to connect your products to TikTok.

2. How do I connect my TikTok Pixel using OnePixel?

Install the OnePixel | Connect TikTok Pixel app and enter your TikTok Pixel ID.

No. One store can only be linked to one TikTok Business Center account.

4. Will my products disappear after I unbind my TikTok Shop account?

No. Product listings will stay live if the product link and availability remain unchanged.

5. Will syncing my SPU products again overwrite existing ones on TikTok?

No. Re-syncing SPU products will generate new listings and will not overwrite existing ones.

6. Can I connect multiple TikTok Shops to a single Shoplazza store?

No. There is a one-to-one relationship between a Shoplazza store and a TikTok Shop.
