Setting up the Poptin app

The Poptin Pop Ups, Exit Intent & Forms app   (referred to as Poptin) is a user-friendly popup builder that does not require coding. It includes a range of features, tools, and templates designed to boost your website's performance and increase conversions. Below is a guide on how to set up popups using the Poptin app.

Initial Setup and Installation

1. Access the App Store: Log in to your Shoplazza admin, click Apps > Visit the App Store.

2. Find the app: Enter Poptin   in the search bar and click on Add App .

3. Install the app: click on Install APP button.

Setting up your pop-up window

1. Create new popup: In the Poptin app, click Popups > NEW POPUP.

2. Choose marketing goal and template: Select a pop-up type according to your needs on the Template page. Filter the template according to the pop-up style in the Poptin name position.

3. Template customization: Hover over the template and click Preview to see how it looks. Click Customize to edit the template.

4. Customize your popup: Enter the Poptin name and your store's domain in the designated fields and click CUSTOMIZE POPTIN.

5. Design your popup: The left column allows you to customize the popup. The right column shows a preview on desktop and mobile devices. Click Next in the upper right corner to move to the next step.

6. Set display rules: In the Triggers module, set conditions for when the popup should appear, like enabling the Exit Intent option to display the popup when visitors intend to leave the page. Specify the popup's display settings in the Targeting module, including device type, display pages, and visitor type.

7. Publish your popup: Click Publish in the upper right corner.

8. Review your popup: Access the Popups interface in the Poptin app to view details about the popup you created.

9. Popup appearance on your site: Check how the Poptin popup looks on your website.
