  • Data with the same order number/same product name/same album name/same customer phone number/same customer email address cannot be migrated again.
  • If product/customer information is successfully migrated using other methods, migrating order data related to the corresponding product/customer in this plugin may cause data anomalies.

Other Common Questions

When migrating a website from the Shopify platform to the Shoplazza platform, how can you ensure that the domain can be migrated quickly and that existing links and their parameters can correctly redirect to the new access page?

  • Domain Migration:
    • Domain resolution settings: First, you need to add your domain in the Shoplazza backend settings and follow the instructions provided by Shoplazza for domain resolution settings. For specific settings, click here to view.
  • URL Redirection:
    • To ensure that existing links and their parameters can correctly redirect to the new access page, you can set up a 301 redirect. A 301 redirect is a permanent URL redirection that tells search engines and browsers that the original page has permanently moved to a new location. You can configure 301 redirect rules in the backend settings of the Shoplazza platform to redirect old URLs to new URLs. For specific settings, click here to view.

Tips

  • The statistics of migrated orders will not be included in the data analysis dashboard.
  • The order amount for migrated orders will be created using a custom payment method by default, allowing for order refund operations, but no actual refunds will occur; merchants need to complete refunds to customers offline or revert to the original platform.
  • After order migration, orders will be displayed according to the store's currency, which may result in inconsistencies in currency before and after migration.
  • If products in Shopify orders are removed, their status will still be normal after migration.
