After installing Privy to your Shoplazza admin and completing the Spin To Win settings in the Privy admin, you need to associate the discount code created by Shoplazza with Privy. This enables customers who participate in the wheel lottery to use the won discount code in your store.
Configuring the discount code
1. Create new campaign: Start by navigating to your Shoplazza Admin under Marketing > Discount codes and click on Create campaign. This is where you'll initiate the creation of a new discount code. For detailed instructions on creating discount codes in Shoplazza, please refer to the document: Creating discount code campaigns.
2. Access to Coupons page: Switch to the Privy admin and click on Coupons in the top navigation bar to manage your coupon settings.
3. Create coupon campaign: On the Coupons page, click on New Coupon to begin creating a new coupon campaign.
4. Customize the coupon: Fill in the Title, select Manual for the Source, and choose Master Coupon for the Type to define the specifics of your coupon.
5. Select the corresponding discount code: Go back to the Shoplazza admin, click Marketing > Discount codes, and select the campaign that you need to link with Privy. Enter its details page.
6. Copy the discount code: From the Campaign details page in Shoplazza, copy the discount code that you've created.
7. Paste the discount code: Return to the Privy admin, in the Configure discount rules module, paste the copied coupon code into the Master Code field and click Save Coupon to refresh the page. You should then see the new campaign listed.
Linking discount codes in lottery wheel activity
1. Access to displays: In the Privy admin, click Convert in the navigation bar, then select All Displays.
2. Select Activity: From the Convert page, find and click on the lottery wheel activity you created previously.
3. Start designing and editing: Click Create and then Click to edit within the Design module to start modifying your lottery wheel.
4. Configure Wheel Slices: Within the Design a Display module, click Wheel and then Configure Wheel Slices in the left pop-up.
5. Set up the coupon: In the Configure Wheel Slices pop-up, assign the corresponding Coupon to each displayed Label (area name) on the wheel.
6. Example with free shipping discount codes: Under the Free shipping column, select Custom, then choose Saved coupon from the drop-down box.
7. Select the corresponding discount code: Click the drop-down box next to Saved coupon, select the discount code previously linked from Shoplazza to Privy, and click OK to confirm.
8. Preview and save settings: Review your settings in the Slices module on the left, where you can see the Free shipping area now has the corresponding discount code applied. Click Save to finalize the settings.
