Managing individual product inventory at each location

Managing inventory at individual locations can be a key part of your store's success. If your store has set up multiple locations, you might need to tailor the inventory of specific products according to each location. This guide will provide you with the necessary steps to easily track and adjust the inventory for individual products at different locations, ensuring that you never run into issues like overselling or running out of stock.

Setting inventory for multiple locations in editing products

1. Navigate to Shoplazza Admin > Products > All products. Find the target product and click the edit icon button.

2. Scroll down to the Variant Settings area and enable the "Inventory Tracking" checkbox. Once enabled, in the variant details area, click the edit icon button. Fill in the inventory quantity for each location in the floating window, and click Confirm to update the information.

Note

1. You can only manage the inventory of a location when it has been enabled.

2. If you add a new product, please make sure to save the product information before you proceed to edit the inventory at each location.

3. When you import products, only the inventory for the default location will be imported together. For instructions on importing inventory for other locations, please go to Inventory.
