Setting up payments in your Shoplazza admin page is a critical step in getting paid by your customers. When a customer checks out, they can pay for their order using any of the payment methods you've enabled in Shoplazza Admin > Payments. Choosing the right payment method according to your targeted market/customers can improve checkout conversions.
Shoplazza offers a full range of payment options to choose from and we have prepared a list of common payment methods to help you get your business up and running in no time.
PayPal
- PayPal is an online payment aggregator that allows customers to pay or receive money from transactions. PayPal can be your one solution to all payment methods. It allows customers to pay for products via credit/debit cards, directly from bank accounts, PayPal account balance and PayPal credit.
Note: Please refer to the PayPal section on Shoplazza if you would like to learn more about this payment method.
Klarna
Buy Now and Pay Later have become increasingly popular for online shoppers, and Klarna is one of the several platforms that provides these types of financing. Klarna offers point of sale installment options for your customers to pay in splits. With BNPL, Klarna enables customers to pay off a purchase in 30 days without interest.
Klarna offers these payment options:
- Klarna Pay Now
- Klarna Pay Later
- Klarna: slice it
- Other online payment solutions by Klarna
Note
Please refer to the Klarna section on Shoplazza if you would like to learn more about this payment method.
Credit card payments
If you would like to receive payments directly from your credit card, Shoplazza supports VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners, and Discover cards.
Local payment methods
Local payment methods enable customers to self-checkout through means of domestic credit/debit cards, and digital wallets that only operate by countries and regions. For example, your customer in the Netherlands might want to pay using iDEAL, which is used by more than 60% of consumers in the Netherlands for online purchases, whereas customers in Belgium on the same website might want to pay using Bancontact, a popular payment method there.
If you are unsure what payment methods are accepted in your targeted countries/regions, please refer to your Shoplazza Admin > Settings > Payments.
Click the search bar > under country/region, sort payment methods by checking the boxes > click confirm when you complete.
Cash On Delivery
Cash On Delivery, commonly known as COD, is a type of payment method that enables your customers to pay for the product upfront at the time of delivery rather than with a credit/debit card or via other payment methods at the time of the order.
Note
Please refer to this help article if you would like to learn more about this payment method.
Other Payment Methods
You can also set up additional payment options, such as installment payments and cryptocurrencies.
