Connecting your app with your Shoplazza Partner account

If you've received an invitation to join the Partner Center at Shoplazza and already have an app, this guide will help you seamlessly link your existing app to your new Shoplazza partner account. Follow these steps to ensure smooth integration.

Prerequisites for linking

If you haven't received an invitation:

  • If you have not received your invitation email to join, please contact our Partner Center support at to request one.

If you haven't joined the Partner Center yet:

Linking your app to a partner account

To connect your existing app with your Shoplazza partner account, provide the following details to our support team at the Partner Center support email:

  • Partner account ID: Locate this by navigating to Partner settings Account Information.
  • App name: The name of your existing app.
  • App API key: This is the API Key associated with your app, available in the developer application email you previously received.
  • App URL: The service URL of your app. If none, state "None."
  • App redirect URL: The redirect URL for your app.
  • Company name: The name of your company as found in the developer application email.
  • Company website address: Your company's official website address from the developer application email.

Results of your application

Link Successful:

  • If the details of your app match those in your Partner Account, you will receive a Link Successful email. This indicates that your app is now linked, and you can manage it within the Partner Center.

Link Unsuccessful:

  • If there is a mismatch in information between your app and your Partner Account, or if your app is already linked to another Partner Account, you will receive a Link Unsuccessful email. You will need to correct the information and reapply by sending another email.
