1. From your Shoplazza Admin, go to Products > Reviews and select All reviews.

1. From your Shoplazza Admin, go to Products > Reviews and then All reviews.
2. Click the Edit button.

1. From your Shoplazza Admin, go to Products > Reviews, then select All reviews.
2. Hover over the ... button under Actions and click Reply.
