How Do I Set Up Customer Notification Template?

Order notifications/Customer notification email template set up

1.Start here: SHOPLAZZA admin > Customers > Notifications > Order notifications / Customer

2.Select a notification scenario for which you want to set a custom email template, and click Template management.

3.Click “New template” to set up.

4.Select email template.

5.Click “Next” to edit the template.

6.Click “Save” to create the template, and go back to the template management page to set it as a default template.

Notification email template set up in Marketing strategies

1.Start here: SHOPLAZZA admin > Customers > Notifications > Marketing strategies

2.Click “Modify sent email” to go to the template management page.

3.Click “ New template.”

4.Select email template.

5.Click “Next” to edit the template.

6.Click “Save” to create the template, and go back to the template management page to set it as a default template.

📘 Note:

1.After entering the template management page, you can preview the system template style. Only the system email template displays what the client sees. The system template can only be previewed and cannot be modified. For example, if the store language displayed to customers is Thai, the email content will be displayed in Thai when the system sends the email.

2.The email button supports redirect links. If no link is set, the email button will redirect by system default.

3.The content of the customized email template will display the saved merchant edit; that is, it will send the email in the language that the merchant edited and will not change with the store language settings. It will send the store name, email title, email text, button text, and other contents in the language edited by the merchant when the email is sent and will not change with the language settings of the store.

4.The order information does not need to be edited, it is part of the system template, and it will automatically include this section in emails sent. And the content of the order information will automatically change according to the store language settings. If the store language is set to Thai, the order information received by the customer will also be displayed in Thai.
