The metafield feature in Shoplazza allows you to store additional fields in your admin, helping you customize your store’s functionality and appearance. You can use metafields for internal tracking or to display specialized information in your online store. To streamline the management of product information, the product import feature now supports importing and exporting multiple metafield types, making it easier to maintain and update your product data.
Import metafields
1. Log in to your Shoplazza admin: From your Shoplazza admin, go to Products > All products and click on Import from the Product page.
2. Download the product import template: Click Import template to get the product import file. This template will help you organize your product data before importing it into your store.
3. Open and fill in the template: After downloading, open the template file. You will see various columns where you can enter your product information, including multiple metafield types. Make sure to fill out the template following the specifications below to ensure successful import. This will help prevent errors during the import process.
4. Follow metafield formatting guidelines: Each metafield type has specific formatting rules that must be followed to ensure a successful import. Use the following guidelines when filling in the template:

5. Upload the completed file: Once you have filled out the template according to the specifications, click Select File to upload your completed file to the Shoplazza admin.
