Installing the Kakaclo app

1. Access the App Store: From your Shoplazza admin > Apps, click Visit App Store.

2. Find the app: Enter the app name Kakaclo - Dropshipping in the search box and click on Add app.

3. Install the app: Click on Install app button.

4. Complete registration: After installation, you’ll be directed to Kakaclo’s webpage to either sign in or create a new account  if you haven’t already done so.

5. Synchronize your orders : After registering, log into your Kakaclo admin.Your store will automatically connect, enabling seamless synchronization of your orders. This ensures that your products and sales are always in sync.

This section helps you navigate through your product listings, favorites, and customization options, ensuring you have full control over what you offer to your customers.

1. The Listings section

  • Listing products: Navigate to the Dropshipping page on the Kakaclo website by logging in, click Start Selling to select products. Choose where to publish them by clicking List To Store, then Submit to finalize the listing.

  •  Publish products: Publish products: Edit the product details on the Listings > Product Editor page and click List Now to finalize the publication. Once published, you will see the product synchronized in the Shoplazza admin.

2. The Favorites section

  • Favorite Items: This feature showcases the products you have marked as favorites on the Kakaclo platform. To add a product to your favorites, simply click the heart icon while browsing. You can then access the Favorite Items section to view and manage these selected products, ensuring they are synchronized with the Kakaclo admin.

3. The Custom Product section

  • Customizing products: To customize products, start by clicking Add New Demand and submit your custom requirements. Continue the customization process by discussing the details with a Kakaclo customer service representative, paying the proofing fee, reviewing the sample, and if satisfactory, confirming the designs for mass production.

Order processing

Efficiently manage the lifecycle of your customer orders from placement to fulfillment.

1. View and manage all orders: Access the All Orders section to handle purchase orders, process payments, and oversee dropshipping to customers.

2. Manage refunds: In the Refunding Order section, track and process refunds to maintain customer satisfaction.

3. Gain insights into custom orders: Use the Custom Orders section to analyze and manage orders customized to client specifications.

Financial operations

Maintain a clear view of your financial transactions and manage multiple stores from a single dashboard.

1. Review billing statements: Check your financial transactions in the Billing Statement section for precise financial management.

2. Link additional stores: If you operate multiple stores, connect them in the Store section to manage all from a central point.

Personal settings and management

Enhance your user experience and streamline administrative tasks to ensure your business operations are smooth and tailored to your needs by utilizing the Personal Center section.

1. Payment management: In the Payment section, check your available balance and apply for a credit limit to manage your financial operations efficiently. Here, you can also configure payment method settings.

2. Coupon management: Track and manage the usage status of your coupons via the Coupons section. This allows for effective control over promotional activities.

3. Address management: Ensure your shipping and billing details are current by managing them in the Address section. Keeping this information accurate is key to smooth logistics and customer satisfaction.
