Track718 | Set Up Menu Navigation for Logistics Tracking Page

Installing the Track718 app

Before you begin, install the Track718 app from the Shoplazza App Store.

1. Visit the app store: Go to your Shoplazza Admin and select Apps from the navigation menu. This will take you to the App Store. Click on Visit App Store to browse the available apps.

2. Search and install: Use the search bar to find the Track718 app. Once located, click Add to add it to your Shoplazza store and click Install.

3. Access the Track718 admin page: After installation, you'll be redirected to the Track718 admin page, where you can manage your stores.

Setting up your tracking page

Now that you're on the Track718 admin page, let's set up your dedicated tracking page.

1. Copy the code: Navigate to Store Management > Plugin description. Select the Shoplazza tab and click Copy Code to copy the code snippet needed to embed the tracking functionality on your page.

2. Create a page: Go to Online Store > Custom Page > Add page to create a new custom page for tracking.

3. Name the page: Enter a clear and descriptive name for your tracking page in the Page Title field.

4. Add the code: Click the Source Code button to view the page's HTML source code. Paste the Track718 code snippet you copied into the source code box, then click OK.

5. Save the page: Click Save to save your new tracking page.

Adding the tracking page to your menu

Make your new tracking page easy for customers to find by adding it to your store's navigation menu.

1. Go to the navigation section: Go to your Shoplazza Admin > Online store > Navigation and click on Header.

2. Add menu item: Scroll down and click Add menu item.

3. Name the menu and select custom page: Enter "Track your order" in the Name field. In the Link dropdown menu, select Custom page.

4. Choose a page: Choose the custom page you created and click Confirm.

5. Open in new tab: Toggle Open in new tab and click Add.

6. Save the menu: Click Save to save your changes.

Viewing the tracking page

Your new tracking page is now live and accessible to your customers.

1. View the page: Visit your online store and locate the new menu item you created. Click on it to view the tracking page and see how it looks to your customers.
