1. Manage multiple stores: Easily manage logistics tracking for multiple stores bound to your account.

2. Sync data effortlessly: Synchronize order data between your Shoplazza store and Track718 to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

3. Add new stores: Seamlessly add new Shoplazza stores to your Track718 account by entering your default myshoplaza.com domain in the Add Store section.

Note

Format your subdomain correctly: When adding a store, enter only the subdomain prefix. For example, if your store's subdomain is abc123.myshoplaza.com, enter abc123.
Store visibility in Track718: After adding a store, you may be redirected to the store's admin interface to install the Track718 app. Once installed, the store will appear in the Track718 store list. If the app is already installed, refresh the page to see the store in the list.

Order management

1. View order information: Access detailed order information directly within the Track718 admin.

2. Filter orders: Easily filter orders by store, date range, and other criteria for targeted analysis.

If you have connected multiple stores, you can filter orders by clicking the Please select a store field, selecting the store, and clicking Search.
