How do I change my store currency?

It's important for your online store to have the correct currency settings to ensure clarity and consistency in pricing for your customers. 

Updating store's currency settings

1. Access currency settings: Navigate to your Shoplazza Admin > Settings > Store Information. In the General Settings section, locate the Store currency option.

2. Select currency: Use the dropdown menu to select your desired currency.

Note

  • Orders placed before the change in currency will not be affected and will retain their original format.
  • Following the currency update, all new orders will be processed in the new currency and this change cannot be reversed.
  • For stores serving multiple markets, it’s important to know that the store currency setting is locked once any order is made, to ensure the store operates smoothly.

Enhancing customer experience with the choice of multiple currencies can be beneficial:

1. Access App Store: Navigate back to your Shoplazza Admin Apps and select Vist App Store.
