Logging in to Shoplazza

Sign in to your Shopplzza via your Google or WeChat accounts. If you have registered an account with us, you may also sign in directly from your email. Please refer to our help article for more information on creating a Shoplazza account.

Third-party Logins

1. To get started, you can either log in with Google or WeChat.

Note

Google will ask for your consent to provide personal information to Shoplazza on the Authentication page if this is your first time signing in from your Google Account.

2. You will be redirected back to the Shoplazza sign-in page to further complete this process once you've logged in your Google Account. Click Create an account to go to the next step.

3. Fill out the questionnaire to help us learn more about your Shoplazza store and your merchant experience. Click Enter my shop to continue.

4. On your Trial account, follow the guide to complete all the 5 steps.

Note

Your free trial is valid for 7 days after signing up. Upgrade your plan and add a payment method to your billing information to prevent your store from closing.
