Restocking Your Inventory

Shoplazza admin provides you with an option to restock the inventory for cancelled or refunded orders in the unfulfilled stage. By ensuring accurate stock levels, you're always ready for future orders. This feature simplifies stock management, keeping your inventory precise. This article will walk you through the basic steps of restocking inventory in your Shoplazza admin.

Restocking when cancelling unfulfilled orders

When cancelling orders that haven't been fulfilled yet, you have the option to replenish your stock with the unshipped items.

1. From your Shoplazza admin > Orders All orders, switch over to Unfulfilled Order and click an order.

2. On the order details page, click Cancel order under the More actions tab.

3. Check the Restock Unfulfilled box and then click Cancel order.

Restocking when refunding unfulfilled orders

When refunding orders that haven't been fulfilled yet, you have the option to replenish your stock with the unshipped items.

1. From your Shoplazza Admin > Orders > All orders, switch over to Unfulfilled Order and click an order.

2. On the order details page, click Refund.

3. Check box to restock unfulfilled items and then click Confirm to refund.

Note

  • If your order is already fulfilled, then you can choose to create a return.
  • When you Cancel an unfulfilled order with restocking, you will only get this option once.

By restocking your unfulfilled items, you can keep an accurate stock level in your store and have better future stock expectations. This simple act can streamline your operations and ensure a smoother customer experience. Keep your shelves full, your data accurate, and your forecasts sharp.
