Function Description

The Facebook Messenger module can integrate FB page private messages into the platform. Once integrated, when you receive a message from your fan page, it will go to your platform chat module along with messages from your other communication channels.

Association Steps

1. Be ready to open a personal account of the public homepage.

2. In the module shown below, click Connect Facebook Messenger.

3. Log in to your Facebook account and follow facebook's instructions to select the fan page you want to integrate with.

4. After the association is completed, check whether the association is successful.
