How Do I Archive My Orders?

SHOPLAZZA admin supports archiving of completed orders that are not in refund/return status.

Start here: SHOPLAZZA admin > Orders > Unfulfilled > Completed.

1. Select the completed orders that need to be archived and click Archive.

2. Merchants can also click Archive on the order details page of the order to be archived.

3. Merchants can view archived orders in the Closed order list.

Note

Only supports archiving of completed orders, when a completed order is in the refund/return status, it can not be archived.
