SHOPLAZZA admin supports manual archiving and auto-archiving of completed orders that are not in refund/return status. Orders can be automatically archived when the order is completed or after an order has been completed for a period of time.
Manual Archiving
Start here: SHOPLAZZA admin > Orders > Unfulfilled > Completed
1. Select the completed orders that need to be archived and click Archive.
2. Merchants can also click Archive on the order details page of the order to be archived.
3. Merchants can view archived orders in the Closed order list.
Auto-Archive
1. Start here: SHOPLAZZA admin > Orders > Order setting > Auto-Archive Orders
2. Check the occasion of automatic order archiving.
Note
Only supports archiving of completed orders, when a completed order is in the refund/return status, it cannot be archived.
