Virtual Products Fulfillment

Fulfilling virtual products involves delivering digital goods, such as ebooks, online courses, or software, directly to customers. This method offers the unique advantage of providing instant access to products after purchase, eliminating the need for shipping or handling. This article will guide you through the basic steps to fulfill your virtual products efficiently.

Steps

1. From your Shoplazza admin > Orders ＞ All orders, switch over to the Unfulfilled Order tab.

2. Under the Unfulfilled order tab, select the relevant order and click Fulfill Items.

3. Here you can confirm the quantity of the item. Once done, click Fulfill order.

Note

For virtual products, ensure to disable the Requires Shipping option, as these items typically don't need shipping information.

4. On the order details page, confirm the fulfilled status of the order.

By following these steps, you can easily manage the fulfillment of your virtual products. This approach not only enhances customer satisfaction by ensuring immediate access to their purchases but also supports your business growth.
