Shoplazza Transaction Status

There are 10 transaction statuses corresponding to 4 order statuses to help you better understand and manage your orders and transactions. See Orders for more details about the status of your order.

Transaction status refers to feedback on the actual transaction status between Shoplazza and the payment service provider.

Please check the table below for transaction statuses and corresponding explanations.

Status

Description

Paid

The transaction was completed, and the order can be shipped now.

Refunded

The transaction has been refunded.

Refunding

The transaction is being refunded; please wait patiently.

Refund_failed

Refund failed, please ask the customer to try again.

Partially_Refunding

The transaction is being partially refunded.

Partially_Refunded

Part of the transaction was refunded successfully.

Failed

The transaction failed; you can contact the payment service provider about the reason for this failure.

Pending

The transaction has not been successful. It may be caused by special payment methods (such as payment method of Checkout); please get in touch with the payment service provider for details.

Canceled

The transaction was canceled; please get in touch with the payment service provider for details.

Waiting

The Transaction is still in progress.
