SHOPLAZZA Transaction Status

In order to facilitate you to better understand and manage your orders and transactions, SHOPLAZZA has a total of 10 transaction statuses, corresponding to 4 order statuses. You can go to Orders to see more details about the status of your order.

The transaction status refers to the feedback on the actual transaction status during the interaction between SHOPLAZZA and the payment service provider.

Please check the transaction status and detailed explanation from the table below.

Status

Description

Paid

The transaction has been successfully done and order can be shipped

Refunded

Transaction has been refunded

Refunding

The transaction is being refunded, please wait patiently

Refund_failed

Refund failed, please contact the customer for refunding again

Partially_Refunding

Transaction is being partially refunded

Partially_Refunded

Part of the transaction refunded successfully

Failed

The transaction failed, you can contact the payment service provider for details of the failure reason

Paying

The transaction has not been successful, it may be caused by special payment methods (such as payment method of Checkout), please contact the payment service provider for details

Cancelled

The transaction was cancelled, please contact the payment service provider for details

Waiting

Transaction pending completion
