Getting started & pricing
Q: What is your pricing plan?
A: GlassOn offers monthly subscription plan options. No surcharge or contract is required, and you can cancel anytime. For Shoplazza users, pricing is managed directly through the app.
Q: How much does it cost to integrate GlassOn?
A: The integration is free. Technical setup guidance and image upload instructions are included at no cost.
Q: Can I change my subscription plan?
A: Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Downgrades take effect in the next billing cycle. If you cancel, your current plan remains active until the end of the cycle, and your data will be saved in case you resubscribe later.
Q: I want to activate more than 50 glasses. Is it possible?
A: Yes. Contact glasson@sk-global.biz to request a custom plan with higher activation limits.
Setup and model creation
Q: What is 3D model data?
A: 3D model data powers virtual try-on and 360° views. To create it, you’ll need to upload three product photos: front view, left side, and right side.
Q: How long does it take to create a 3D model?
A: GlassOn uses an automated system with human quality control. Most models are completed within one business day.
Q: How do I manage GlassOn data?
A: All tools are available in your Shoplazza admin. From the GlassOn app panel, you can upload images, submit models, track product status, and toggle store features.
Using features on your store
Q: How do I enable Try-on and 360° View buttons on my store?
A: Go to the Try-on List tab. Once a model is complete, use the Try-on Active toggle to display the buttons on your product page.
Q: What is the Glasses Removal function?
A: This feature removes a shopper’s existing glasses during the try-on. It’s especially helpful for nearsighted customers who need a clear preview.
Q: Can I customize the Try-on button’s appearance?
A: Yes. Email glasson@sk-global.biz to request styling adjustments. Button design depends on your theme setup.
PD Measurement
Q: How do I enable the PD Measurement button?
A: This feature is available on the Growth and Enterprise plans. Once upgraded, go to the PD Measurement tab and enable Show Get your PD on Product page.
Q: Where is the PD data stored?
A: After a customer uses the PD tool, their pupillary distance is saved in the Notes section of the Order details page in your Shoplazza admin. To ensure this data is recorded, go to Settings > Checkout page and set the Note field layout to Expanded. This enables the note field during checkout and ensures the PD value is stored properly with each order.
