Bank account requirements
Once Shoplazza Payments is active, your funds will be sent to your Shoplazza Balance. In most cases, payouts follow a T+3 schedule. This means the money is sent three business days after the transaction date, where "T" stands for the transaction day and "3" refers to the three business days that follow.
Before linking a bank account, ensure the following requirements are met:
- Account type: Full-access current account.
- Location: Your bank must be based in the United Kingdom.
- Currency: Your account must be in GBP.
- Transfer eligibility: Account must support ACH transfers.
Personal information requirements
To comply with UK financial regulations, Shoplazza collects information to verify both the business and the individuals associated with it. This includes identifying the beneficial owners and those with control over the company.
You may be asked to provide information for:
- The person creating the Shoplazza Payments account.
- The business entity linked to the account.
- Individuals who own or legally represent the company (e.g. directors or signatories).

You’ll need to provide the following:
1. Identity document (required): Valid passport
2. Business document (any one of the following):
- AT Registration.
- Certificate of Incorporation.
- Companies House Document.
- HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC): VAT Certificate.

Payment period
The payment period refers to the time between a customer's payment and the deposit of funds into your account. All transactions are recorded in UTC time. Banks may take 24 to 72 hours to reflect the funds in your account once a payout has been sent.
Payout amount limit
To request a payout, your Shoplazza Payments balance must meet the following minimum:
- GBP accounts: £500
If your balance is below this amount, you will need to wait until the threshold is reached before submitting a payout request.
