Once an order has been fulfilled and the shipping status updated to complete, you have the option to manually send out shipping confirmation emails. This lets your customers know their products are on their way. It's a simple and straightforward process that keeps everyone informed and reassured. 1. From your Shoplazza admin > Orders > All orders, switch over to Fulfilled tab.
2. Choose the order you want to send the shipping notification.
3. On the Order details page, click More action under the Shipping status and choose Send Shipping Confirmation.
