Sending shipping confirmation

Once an order has been fulfilled and the shipping status updated to complete, you have the option to manually send out shipping confirmation emails. This lets your customers know their products are on their way. It's a simple and straightforward process that keeps everyone informed and reassured. This article will walk you through the details of sending shipping confirmation.

Steps

1. From your Shoplazza admin > Orders > All orders, switch over to Fulfilled tab.

2. Choose the order you want to send the shipping notification.

3. On the Order details page, click More action under the Shipping status and choose Send Shipping Confirmation.

By sending the shipping notification to your customers, you can update them about the order status and keep your orders on track. This will enable you to build trust with your customers, fostering a reliable and transparent business relationship.
