Shippo is a shipping solution that helps online businesses manage order fulfillment by simplifying label creation, tracking shipments, and accessing discounted shipping rates from multiple carriers. By integrating Shippo with your Shoplazza store, you can:

To take advantage of these features, follow the steps below to install Shippo and connect it to your Shoplazza store.
Install the Shippo app
To begin, install the Shippo app in your Shoplazza store.
1. Access the App Store: From your Shoplazza Admin > Apps, click Visit App Store.
2. Find the app: Enter the app name Shippo in the search box and click on Add app.
3. Install the app: Click the Install app to complete the app installation.
Create or connect a Shippo account
1. Start the registration process: Once installed, click Click to add your store to Shippo to begin.
2. Log in to Shippo: You will be redirected to the Shippo login page. Enter your full name, email, and password, then click Sign up to create an account or log in to your existing Shippo account.
3. Enter billing information: Add your credit card details and click Continue to proceed.
4. Authorize connection: Review the requested permissions and click Allow Access to securely link your Shoplazza and Shippo accounts.
5. Return to Shoplazza admin: Once connected, you’ll be redirected back to your Shoplazza admin, where you can confirm that Shippo has been successfully integrated.
Exporting orders
Automatically export eligible orders to Shippo, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Orders marked as Ongoing and with a shipping status of Unfulfilled are seamlessly transferred to Shippo for processing. COD (Cash on Delivery) orders cannot be exported to Shippo.
Creating shipping labels
Generate and import shipping labels effortlessly. Ship your orders directly from the Shippo interface, and the shipping labels will be automatically imported into your Shoplazza orders. This eliminates the need for manual entry and reduces the risk of errors. Partial shipments are not supported in Shippo.

To ensure a smooth shipping process, avoid manually creating shipping labels within Shoplazza orders if you are using Shippo. This will prevent any conflicts with the automated label import from Shippo. After shipping an order in Shippo, do not delete the shipping label in the corresponding Shoplazza order. Doing so will prevent the order from retrieving the shipping label again. If you need to retain access to the shipping label, manually add the shipping label information to the order.
