Setting Up a Recovery Email Template

Utilizing a recovery email template is an effective strategy for businesses looking to re-engage customers and recover lost sales. Customizing Your Recovery Email

1. From your Shoplazza Admin, go to Customers > Customer notifications, then select Email > Marketing strategies.

2. Modify an existing template or click on New template under the Abandoned cart reminder section to add recovery email notifications.

3. Adjust the specifics of your template, such as scheduling the email's delivery time and including the option for a discount coupon. Consider integrating discount code campaigns to enhance effectiveness.

4. Once your template is configured, it will automatically be set to open by default. Click Preview to view and assess your newly created template.

Personalizing Your Email Template

1. For further customization, select Edit email Template.

2. On the template management page, click Customize.

3. Personalize aspects like your logo, store mail, email images, text content, and color scheme to create more engaging and visually appealing emails.

Add More Templates

1. To meet diverse business requirements, generate a variety of templates by selecting the New template option.

2. Select a template from the available options, then click Next to edit it to your preferences.

3. Click Save to finalize the creation of your template.

4. Go back to the template management page to set your newly created template as the default recovery email template.
