Managing your account

Managing your account gives you the ability to access and control various features and services associated with it. You can deal with the language and security issues in your stores, check the bills, view the data and perform other actions with simple clicks. This article will guide you through managing your account.


Navigate to your Shoplazza Admin > Home, click the avator icon on top right of the page and select Manage account.


By default, you will be navigated to this page. Manage the basic information of your account here.


The currently logged-in account is shown here. Click Change your password to reset the password of this account.

Account language

Select English or Simplified Chinese as the language of your admin in this section. This does not affect your store's language.


By default, the feature is turned off. Click Turn on to add a dynamic verification code besides password as an extra security step to protect your account even if your password gets leaked.

Third-party access

Link your WeChat account to your Shoplazza account, and you can log in with your WeChat account.

For more information on Shoplazza's partner program or Shoplazza's community, click the corresponding link.


Manage all your stores in this section. You can export your stores' information, replicate a store, transfer your store's ownership, or create a new store.

Searching for a store

Select from the filters and enter your store's name, ID or domain to find your store.


Click Export to download a file containing selected store information.

Replicate store

1. Click Replicate store to create a copy of one of your stores.

2. Select to replicate the store to an existing store or a new store.

3. Select a store to be copied from the dropdown on the left. If you choose to replicate it to an existing store, simply select the store from the dropdown on the right. If you choose to replicate it to a new store, ecter the store name on the right text box.

4. Select options to be replicated. When you finish, click Save to complete the process.

Transfer store ownership

1. Click Transfer store ownership to hand over your store to another account.

2. Select target stores and click Transfer store ownership.

3. Enter a phone number or an email account to receive the store. Then, click Next.

4. After confirming the information, click Next.

5. Enter the password of your current account and click Confirm.

6. Click the Transferring, Transfer failed and Transfer successfully tabs to view the status of your transferred store.

Create another store

1. Click Create another store.

2. Enter your new store's name, click Confirm.

3. Click Go to store next to the new store and follow the instructions to set it up.


In this section, you can access and review the bills you have paid to Shoplazza for commission charges, store plans, and bills generated while using Shoplazza's app.

Data management

View the overall performance of your stores or export the performance data in this section.

Viewing the performance

Select a time range and filter stores to view their performance.

Exporting the data

Click Export to download a file containing the data in a certain time period of selected stores.
