Setting up Klaviyo

Klaviyo, a powerful marketing tool tailored for eCommerce businesses, excels in delivering personalized marketing solutions. Integrating Klaviyo

1. From your Shoplazza Admin > Apps, click Visit App Store.

2. Search for Klaviyo in the search box and click Add app to add it to your store.

3. Click Install app to complete the app installation.

4. Click Open Klaviyo to access the homepage. Here, you can complete your account registration or log in if you're an existing user.

5. Once logged in, the Klaviyo home dashboard will be displayed.

Accessing API Keys in Klaviyo

Public API Key

1. On Klaviyo's homepage, click your account name located in the lower-left corner, then select Settings.

2. In the Account section, locate and click on API Keys. Be sure to copy the Public API Key displayed.

Private API Keys

1. On the API Keys page under Account, click Create Private API Key.

2. Name your key and choose the appropriate access level, such as Custom, Read-only, or Full. Each level offers different permissions and functionalities.

3. Assign at least one API scope to your key. This step is important to ensure the key functions correctly and avoids any operational errors.

4. Upon creation, a confirmation page will allow you to copy or save your new Private API Key.

5. After creating the key, a confirmation page appears, allowing you to copy or securely store your new Private API Key by downloading it to your desktop.

Activating Klaviyo in Shoplazza

Head back to the Klaviyo app in your Shoplazza admin. Paste the copied Public API Key and Private API Key into the corresponding fields. Click Save to finalize the integration.
