When your customer places an order, all order information will be displayed under the Unfulfilled Order page. You can fulfill the order in the Unfulfilled Order tab or on the Order detail page in the Shoplazza Admin.
Fulfilling orders from the Unfulfilled Order tab
1. From your Shoplazza Admin > Orders > Unfulfilled > Unfulfilled Order > click Fulfill items.
2. Here you can select the product and confirm the shipping address, add a tracking number and choose your carrier. Click Fulfill items to complete the order.
Fulfill orders from the Order details page
1. From your Shoplazza Admin > Orders > Unfulfilled > Unfulfilled Order, click an order you want to fulfill.
2. On the Order details page, click Fulfill items under the Shipping status.
3. Here you can select the product and confirm the shipping address, add a tracking number and choose your carrier. Click Fulfill items to complete the order.
4. Optionally, you can send a customer a shipment confirmation or cancel fulfillment by clicking More action under the Shipping status section. You can also click Receive when the customer receives the product to finalize the delivery status.
By fulfilling your orders on time, you can build customer loyalty and stay competitive.
