Abandoned Checkout Recovery refers to the process where merchants take certain measures when a customer has placed an order but has not completed the payment or confirmation, in order to encourage the customer to finalize the purchase. The purpose of this feature is to send reminder emails to customers and motivate them to complete the checkout process. This article will introduce two methods of recovering abandoned checkouts.
Select the order in the Abandoned Checkouts list to send a recovery email
1. Log in to your Shoplazza admin, go to Orders > Abandoned Checkouts, click on the Recoverable list, select the abandoned orders you want to recover, and then click Bulk Send Email.
2. When setting up recovery emails, you can choose whether to include a discount code and select the email template for the recovery message.
Send recovery emails from the details page of an Abandoned Checkouts
1. Log in to your Shoplazza admin, go to Orders > Abandoned Checkouts, click on the recoverable orders list, select the abandoned checkouts order you want to recall, and click to enter the order details page.
2. On the order details page, click Send Email. You can choose whether to include a discount code and select a email template for the recall email.
