This guide is designed for finance teams who manage multiple Shoplazza stores and need a streamlined way to handle their finances.
Accessing your finances
Easily access your financial information through your Shoplazza admin panel.
1. Login and access account: Log in to your Shoplazza Admin. Click on your avatar at the top right corner, and choose Manage Account.
2. View financial information: Once in your account settings, click on Finance Balance to view detailed information about your finances.
Viewing permissions
Set viewing permissions to control who has access to your financial data. Store administrators automatically have full access to the Finance Balance page for all stores under their account. If an account doesn't have permission for a specific store, the financial information for that store won't be displayed in the Finance Balance overview. If an account doesn't have permission for any store, the Finance Balance overview will not show any information.
To grant multi-store financial viewing permissions to an account:
1. Access staff settings: Log in to your Shoplazza admin, then go to Settings > Staff. Select an existing staff member to update or create a new one.
2. Enable finances permission: Under Staff permissions, enable Finances to grant access to financial information. Click Save to update the staff member's permissions.
Understanding the fund's overview page
The Funds Overview page comprehensively views your finances across all stores. It has three main sections:
1. Currency: You can filter the financial data by currency. Selecting a currency will display the corresponding balance summary and individual store balances.
2. Balance summary: This section provides an overview of your finances across all stores for the selected currency, including available balance, pending balance, and security deposit balance. Click View and download reconciliation report to access a consolidated report for all stores.
3. Store balances: This section shows the individual balances for each store under your account. Click View and download report to access a detailed report for a specific store or View details to see a breakdown of the balance in a particular store.

1. Q: Why can't I see any information on this page?
A: Ensure your account has permission to view the Funds page and that you have activated Shoplazza Payments for your store(s). An administrator can grant you access if your account doesn't have permission. If Shoplazza Payments isn't activated, you can apply for it or wait for your application to be approved after applying.
2. Q: Why can't I see the financial information for a specific store?
A: Confirm that your account has permission to view the financial data for that specific store and that you have selected the correct currency for that store.
