Integrating a Snapchat Pixel into your website is a straightforward process that significantly improves your marketing strategy. By placing this small piece of code on your website, you can track and understand Snapchatters' actions when they visit your site. This article will walk you through setting up a Snapchat Pixel for your store.

Creating your SnapChat Pixel ID
This section will guide you through creating a new Pixel ID within your Snapchat Ads Manager account.
1. Login: Begin by logging into your Snapchat Ads Manager account. You can use your Snapchat username, email address, or phone number. Click Register to create a new account.
2. Assets tab: Access your Snapchat Ads Manager account and locate the Assets tab. Navigate to the Events Manager. You'll find the Events Manager under the 'Assets' tab in the main menu. Click on it to proceed.
3. New event source: Click on New Event Source. This button is prominently displayed in the Events Manager.
4. Web event source: Select Web as your event source. This tells Snapchat that you'll be tracking website activity.
5. Pixel name: Provide a descriptive name for your Pixel. This helps you identify it later, especially if you manage multiple Pixels. Choose a name that reflects the website or purpose associated with it.
6. Website URL: Enter the URL of the website where you want to install the Pixel. This allows Snapchat to associate the Pixel with the correct website. Double-check that you've entered the correct URL to avoid any issues.
Setting up your SnapChat Pixel ID
Now that you have a Pixel ID let's configure it to capture the right data for your needs.
1.Pixel setup tool: Use the Pixel Setup Tool. This tool allows you to select key pages or elements on your website for tracking.
2. Events to track: Select the events you want to track. Objectives like awareness, consideration, and conversion categorize these events. Choose the events that align with your business goals.
3. Pixel installation: Install your Pixel on your website. Snapchat provides you with a Pixel code snippet. You'll either paste this code directly into your website's header or use a partner integration to install it.
Generating a Snapchat conversion API token
Generating a Snapchat Conversion API token enhances your tracking capabilities. This token allows for more accurate measurement of conversions and other valuable data.
1. Generate and copy your token: In your Snapchat Ads Manager, go to Business > Business Details. Scroll down until you see Conversion API Tokens, and click on Generate Token. Once the token is generated, copy the code by clicking on the copy icon. You'll use this code in your Shoplazza admin to enable the Conversion API.
