Efficient order fulfillment and timely shipping are critical to the success of your business. In Shoplazza Center admin, you can easily monitor the progress of order fulfillment and shipping for your store's orders. This guide will walk you through how to track, update, and manage fulfillment and shipping processes effectively.
Viewing order details
- Accessing order details: Log into your Shoplazza Center Admin, navigate to Orders > All Orders, and click on the specific order number to access its Order Details page and review the fulfillment and shipping status.
Handling unfulfilled orders
If the order still needs to be fulfilled, you will see Unfulfilled items in the Shipping section of the order details page. At this stage, you can take the following actions:
- Fulfill Items: Click Fulfill items to begin the fulfillment process. You will act as the store responsible for shipping the order. During this step, you’ll need to enter the Waybill information. Once completed, the order status will be updated to Fulfilled, and the shipping details will be generated.
- Notify the store for shipment: You can coordinate directly with the store to ensure the order is shipped.
Managing fulfilled and shipped orders
1. Once the order has been fulfilled and shipped, the Shipping section under Fulfilled items will provide all the relevant details, including:
- Shipping address: Verify the correct delivery address.
- Tracking number: Confirm the tracking number is accurate.
- Logistics provider: Review the shipping carrier handling the delivery.
- Fulfilled by: Ensure the staff member who processed the fulfillment is correct.
2. Confirm receipt or perform post-shipment actions:
- After the order has been shipped, you may need to perform additional actions: Confirm receipt: Once the customer confirms that they’ve received the order, click Confirm receipt to update the system and mark it as completed.
- Other actions: Click the Other actions dropdown to:
- Send shipping notification: Notify the customer that their order has been shipped.
- Cancel shipment: Cancel the shipment if there is an error or issue with fulfillment.
Following these steps, you can easily manage unfulfilled and shipped orders in the Shoplazza Center admin. Keeping the system updated throughout the fulfillment and shipping stages ensures smooth operations, accurate records, and enhanced customer satisfaction.
