Managing a high volume of orders can be challenging. Using bulk shipping and shipping update features makes it easier. These tools allow you to update shipping information for multiple orders simultaneously, enhancing order management and processing efficiency.
Bulk shipping
Streamlining the process of shipping multiple orders at once, the bulk shipping feature helps save time and ensures consistency.
1. Navigate to bulk shipping: From your Shoplazza admin, go to Orders > All Orders > Unfulfilled. Select the orders you need to update and click on Bulk fulfill orders.
2. Export your unfulfilled orders: Before using the bulk shipping feature, export your unfulfilled orders. You can choose between the Detailed version and the Simplified version.
- Detailed version: Once selected, a pop up window will appear where you will select the range of orders you need to export. The Detailed template allows you to select specific fields, providing more detailed order information.
- Simpified version: Once selected, a pop up window will also appear where you can select the range of orders you need to export. The Simplified template includes key details like order, product, remaining fulfillment quantity, and shipping information, making it efficient for filling out the import template.
3. Entering shipping tracking numbers:
- For Shipping: Enter Fulfillment quantity, Tracking Number, and Logistics provider for items that need shipping. If no shipment is needed, only fill in the Fulfillment quantity.
- For canceling shipment: To cancel shipment for already shipped items, enter "Cancel fulfillment" in Handling the item in the package field.
4. Ensuring successful processing: Keep fields such as Order ID, Line item ID, Fulfillment time, Tracking number, Logistics provider, The fulfillment status of the item in the package, and Handling the item in the package unchanged to ensure successful processing.
5. Import the completed template: Fill out the form, save it, and then drag or add the file to the import area to execute bulk shipping.
Bulk shipping updates
Keeping your shipping information up to date is essential for tracking and customer satisfaction. Use the bulk shipping update feature to make this process more efficient.
1. Navigate to bulk shipping updates: From your Shoplazza admin, go to Orders > All Orders > Fulfilled. Select the orders needing shipping updates, then click More > Bulk update shipping.
2. Export fulfilled packages: This exports packages, not orders, as one order can have multiple shipments with unique tracking numbers.
3. Choose the export range: Select the range of shipped packages to export.
4. Update shipping information: The exported sheet includes Order ID, Package ID, Original tracking number, Original courier, and Original tracking link. For packages needing updates, find their Package ID and input the New tracking number, New tracking courier, and New tracking link before re-importing the sheet to update the information.
- Viewing package ID: Package IDs can be found in the order details within the order details page.
5. Import the Updated template: Fill out the updated information, save the file, and drag or add it to the import area to execute bulk updates.
Exporting the carrier list
Ensuring accuracy in your logistics requires using the correct carrier codes or names. Exporting the carrier list helps maintain this accuracy.
1. Accessing the carrier list: Export the carrier list to find and copy the correct carrier code or name into your template.
2. Reusing the carrier list: The carrier list rarely changes, so you can download it once and use it for subsequent bulk shipping or shipping updates without needing to download it each time.
