17Track App Guide

17TRACK is a convenient shipping tracking app designed to help you track and manage packages and shipments worldwide in real-time. By simply entering the tracking number, 17TRACK provides detailed status updates and estimated delivery times for your packages. The app supports over 500 international and domestic shipping companies, covering major shipping services globally. With its intuitive user interface and easy operation, 17TRACK helps you effortlessly track logistics information for your packages.

Installing the 17 Track App

1. Go to the App Store: Log in to your Shoplazza admin and click on Apps > Visit App Store.

2. Add the 17TRACK App: Search for 17TRACK, click Add App, and install it for the appropriate store.

3. Sign Up For/Login to 17 Track: After installation, if you do not have a 17TRACK account, you can register from this point by clicking No account?; if you already have an account, click Login.

4. Setting up the Account Type: After successful registration, set up the account type. This step decides which features and services your account will have, and once set, it cannot be changed. The options include:

Small Volume Tracking: For individual buyers, click Next under the Entry-level account, then select the relevant market tips to complete the registration.

API Tracking: For developers, click Next under the Developer Account, then fill in the contact information to complete the registration.

Besides using the app to track package information, you can also directly visit the 17TRACK Global Logistics Tracking Platform at https://www.17track.net/en . Enter the tracking number in the search box and click Search to obtain the logistics information for the corresponding order.
