Adding an order tracking page to your store's header makes it easy for customers to check the status of their orders. This not only increases customer satisfaction but also reduces the need for them to reach out for support. This saves time for both you and your customers.
1. From your Shoplazza Admin > Online Store > Navigation, click the pencil icon to edit the Header menu.
2. Click Add menu item.
3. Name the menu item, select Order lookup in the dropdown and click Add.
4. Click Save to complete the settings.
