Rebate Overview Dashboard

Rebate campaigns are a dynamic way for businesses to encourage customer purchases. These campaigns typically offer cash rebates or other rewards for buying certain products within a designated timeframe. By accessing the Rebate Overview Dashboard in your Shoplazza admin, you gain valuable insights to assess and refine your marketing efforts.

Here’s how to navigate the dashboard:

Steps

1. From your Shoplazza admin > Analytics > Reports, scroll down to Marketing campaign section and click on Rebate Data Overview.

2. To define your analysis period, click on the time-period dropdown menu.

Note

The report defaults to today's data, beginning at 12:00 AM up to the current time of access.

3. To save your data, select the Export data button.

4. For a better understanding of your report, refer to the chart below explaining each indicator.

Modules Indicators Definitions
Data Displayed in the Overview Order Quantity The total number of orders placed during the rebate campaign.
Percentage of Order Quantity The ratio of Campaign Order Quantity to Total Order Quantity.
Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) The complete sales amount generated by the rebate campaigns.
Percentage of Sales Revenue The proportion of Campaign Revenue in Total Sales Revenue.
Average Transaction Value (ATV) The average value per transaction, calculated as Total Sales Revenue divided by Total Order Number.
Units per Transaction The average number of items per order, calculated as Item Quantity divided by Number of Orders.
Data Displayed in the Chart Campaign Title The designated name of the rebate campaign.
Order Quantity The total number of orders placed during the rebate campaign.
Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) The total sales amount from the rebate campaign.
Average Transaction Value (ATV) The average value per transaction, calculated as Total Sales Revenue divided by Total Order Number.
Units per Transaction The average number of items per order, calculated as Item Quantity divided by Number of Orders.
