Applying a Coupon code on the shopping cart

Maximizing the effectiveness of discounts in an online store, coupon codes are an excellent tool for attracting customers and boosting sales. By allowing customers to apply these codes either manually or automatically during checkout, you can streamline their shopping experience. Particularly useful on the product details page, these codes enhance the ease of transactions, contributing to increased customer satisfaction. Steps

1. From your Shoplazza admin > Marketing > Discount codes, click on Settings.

2. Click to Enable Coupon code to display on the shopping cart page.

3. Activate the automatic application of coupons by selecting the corresponding checkbox. This allows customers to automatically apply discounts they've copied before reaching the cart page.

4. Utilize the Recommend Discount code feature to suggest the best discount codes to your customers, chosen from those available on the product page.

5. Customize the color of recommended coupons for a personalized touch. Remember to click Save to apply your changes.

Note

After activating this feature, customers can select Recommended coupons and click Get to automatically apply the discount. However, the following types of coupons are not included:

Coupons not displayed on the product details page.
Coupons that cannot be combined with other offers.
Coupons not applicable to all products.
Coupons designated for specific customers only.

By following the above steps, you can easily apply a coupon code for the shopping cart in your Shoplazza admin. This will enable you to drive a surge in revenue through incentivized purchases.
