To allow your staff members access to help you run your store, you need to give them permission to specific parts of your Shoplazza admin and to specific features. You can give staff members a high level of access or limit their access to very specific functions, depending on their position in your store. In some cases, you need to give staff members multiple permissions to complete tasks in a particular area of your Shoplazza admin.

Enable staff to view, create, update, refund, delete, cancel, and export orders, and receive order notifications. |
Products |
Enable staff to view, create, import, and change products, collections, and inventory. Export products: This permission is required for staff to export product details in the store. |
Customers |
Enable staff to view, add, edit, and delete customer profiles.

Analytics |
Enable staff to view the store data and export the data for analysis. |
Blog posts |
Enable staff to view, create, change, publish, and delete blog posts and pages. |
Online store |
Enables staff to view, change, and publish themes, pages, and navigation. |
Apps |
Enable the staff member to manage apps if their permissions match the permissions that the app requires. The staff member can add, access, or delete apps. If any new apps are installed in the future, then the staff member can access or delete those apps without you updating this permission. Private App: Enable the staff to manage the private App |
Settings |
Enable the staff to manage, edit and view the store settings, which exclude Staff、Store information、Domains, and Payment channels. |
