You can enable the Special instruction to collect customer information on how to prepare and deliver an order. While allowing you to collect customer information more comprehensively, it also creates a good shopping experience for your customers. Once you enable the Special instruction, an order notes text box will appear on the checkout page.
Steps
- From your Shoplazza admin, go to Settings > Checkout.
- Navigate to the Special instruction section.
- Choose from the three options.
- Unfold: the note box will be unfolded.
- Fold: the note box will be folded.
- Hidden: the note box will not be shown on the checkout page.
4. Click Save.
