How Do I Enable Special Instructions for Customers to Leave Notes?

You can enable the Special instruction  to collect customer information on how to prepare and deliver an order. While allowing you to collect customer information more comprehensively, it also creates a good shopping experience for your customers. Once you enable the Special instruction, an order notes text box will appear on the checkout page.


  1. From your Shoplazza admin, go to Settings > Checkout. 
  2. Navigate to the Special instruction section.
  3. Choose from the three options.
  • Unfold: the note box will be unfolded.
  • Fold: the note box will be folded.
  • Hidden: the note box will not be shown on the checkout page.

4. Click Save.
