SECTION 7 - MEMBERSHIP (IF APPLICABLE)
By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and consent to become a member of our store. If you have not previously registered as our store member, your first use of membership points to deduct payment for your order will constitute the creation of your membership account after payment and this account will be created using your contact details provided during checkout (if applicable).

To enable cross-store membership, your registration details and membership status may be shared between loyalty-experience-store and other stores within the [Company/Brand] network. Please note that each store may have specific rules regarding the membership program, such as the accumulation and redemption of points.
Members who register online or offline are subject to the same membership terms and conditions, applying uniformly across both digital and physical store environments. This ensures a seamless experience and enables you to enjoy membership benefits throughout our [Company/Brand] network.
You consent to receive marketing emails related to membership content, including information about special offers, sales, promotions, products, and events. You agree that we may use your personal information to provide you with membership services, including sending you marketing communications.
