Are there any format requirements for local upload in the Files? What are the requirements for URL upload?

Format requirements: image/jpg, image/jpeg, image/png, image/bmp, image/gif, image/svg+xml, image/webp, video/mp4, application/pdf.

File size is limited to 1GB.
