What is a recipient
A recipient is the party you pay. It can be a business or an individual, such as a supplier, partner, employee, or any other designated payee account.
Before paying a recipient for the first time, you must add the recipient details. Once added, you can select the existing recipient directly when creating future payouts, without re-entering the bank account information.
Use cases
- Paying overseas suppliers for goods
- Paying advertising, marketing, or platform service fees
- Paying logistics, warehousing, and operating costs
- Paying partner commissions or service fees
- Internal corporate fund transfers
- Other cross-border business payout needs

Payouts can be completed through local clearing networks and SWIFT international transfers. Based on the recipient's country or region and the payout currency, the system automatically matches the available payout methods, and merchants can choose their preferred payout network.

Note
: Fund operations (payouts, currency exchange, card top-ups, etc.) all require verification with your 6-digit transaction password. Keep your password safe; multiple incorrect entries will temporarily lock your account.
Payout process
A payout typically involves the following steps:
1. Add or select a recipient: Add the recipient details before your first payout; afterward, you can select an existing recipient directly.
2. Create the payout: Enter the payout amount, currency, and recipient information, and the system automatically matches the payout method.
3. Submit the payout: After reviewing the payout details, enter your transaction password to submit the payout request.
4. Review and clearing: The system completes its review and enters the bank clearing process.
5. Complete the payout: Once the funds are cleared, the transaction status updates to Success and the funds are remitted to the recipient's account.
Prerequisites
Before initiating a payout, confirm that:
- Your account balance is sufficient;
- You have set your transaction password;
- You have added a recipient, or can add one while creating the payout;
- The recipient details are complete and accurate.
Important notes
- Once submitted, a payout enters the bank clearing process and the transaction cannot be cancelled or modified.
- Please make sure the recipient information is accurate. If a return is caused by incorrect information, refunding the funds may take several business days, and intermediary banks may also charge a return fee.
- Some payouts may trigger a compliance review (RFI). The system will pause processing and prompt you to provide additional materials; once the review is approved, the payout continues processing.
- The actual arrival time may be affected by factors such as bank processing speed, payout currency, holidays, or compliance reviews. Please refer to the actual arrival result.
