After a merchant confirms fulfillment through Shoplazza FBS, they complete the creation of an inbound order in the Shoplazza FBS system. The merchant then needs to hand over the physical packages to the designated Shoplazza FBS address. Common handover methods include:
- Merchant entrusts a logistics provider to deliver (e.g., in China: 4PX, SF Express, Deppon, Huolala, KuaYue, etc.; in the US: USPS, UPS, etc.; internationally: DHL, FedEx, etc.)
- Supplier → Shoplazza FBS direct delivery (the merchant’s supplier delivers directly to the Shoplazza FBS designated address)
- Shoplazza FBS pickup service (provide pickup address, contact information, and product details to request a door-to-door pickup service)
Inbound Order Creation
- Door-to-door Pickup: After preparing the goods, create an inbound order in the system, provide the pickup address and contact information, and request a pickup service. No need to deliver goods to the warehouse yourself.
- Pickup Coverage: Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta regions.
- Pickup Requirements: Minimum pickup weight in the Pearl River Delta region is 5 KG; for the Yangtze River Delta region, please consult customer service.
- Pickup Process: Create inbound order > Provide pickup address and contact info to customer service > Wait for pickup > Scan upon collection.
