Recovered orders are manually created in an attempt to recover abandoned carts. To find these orders in your Shoplazza admin, utilize the tags filters. This functionality lets you add or remove tags directly from the order details page.
1. Head over to your Shoplazza admin > Orders > All Orders > All tab.
2. Type recovered into the search filter, then click Search. This will display all orders tagged as recovered.
3. You can manually add or remove tags to any order from the order details page.
Using tags on your orders helps differentiate them and manage them more effectively. With the filter option, sorting and accessing orders based on their tags becomes a quick and efficient process.
