How Do I Fulfill An Order?

There are two ways to fulfill an order:

Method 1:

  1. Start here: SHOPLAZZA admin > Orders > Unfulfilled > Fulfill item

  1. Select product under the order to fulfill.
  2. Confirm the shipping address.
  3. Upload the tracking information. You can choose manual upload or automatic retrieve.
  • Automatic retrieval is to select the existing shipping channels. The delivery system will automatically generate a tracking number. If no carrier is added, you can add a carrier and a shipping channel first.
  • If no carrier is linked, you can manually upload the tracking number, and the carrier can automatically identify the tracking number.

 

Method 2:

  1. Start here: SHOPLAZZA admin > Orders > Unfulfilled
  2. Click the order you want to fulfill to redirect to the order details page.

  1. At the “Shipping Status” section, Click “Fulfill.”

  1. Select the product under the order to fulfill.
  2. Confirm the shipping address.
  3. Upload the tracking information. You can choose manual upload or automatic retrieve.
  • Automatic retrieval is to select the existing shipping channels. The delivery system will automatically generate a tracking number. If no carrier is added, you can add a carrier and a shipping channel first.
  • If no carrier is linked, you can manually upload the tracking number, and the carrier can automatically identify the tracking number.

 

📘 Tips:

Change shipping status: When the logistics status is Unfulfilled, click Fulfill. When the shipping status is "Fulfilled," you can view the shipping details. When customers receive the products, they must "confirm delivery" or "cancel the fulfillment." When the shipping status shows Delivered, you can change the status to Fulfilled.
