1. 【Update】Multi-Market Support for Redirection Based on Cookie Value

Usage scenario:

When a user visits a multi-market, they are influenced by four major factors: whether the merchant has enabled domain redirection in the backend, the user's IP, the market cookie value stored in the browser, and whether they directly visit a specific market URL. To ensure consistency in the market visited by the user each time and avoid customer confusion, the market cookie value is used as an important basis for access.

Usage path:

  • This is a system-level logic, no manual setting is required by the merchant.

Feature introduction:

If domain redirection is enabled:

  • When a consumer visits the main market of the multi-market, they will be redirected to the market corresponding to their IP, and the cookie value of the visited market is recorded. If the user switches the market, the cookie value is updated, always retaining the last visited market. When the consumer visits the main market of the multi-market again, they will be automatically redirected to the corresponding market based on the cookie value.
  • When visiting a specific market, they will directly enter that market and its cookie value is recorded.

If domain redirection is not enabled:

  • The user will enter the market according to the market URL they visit, and the cookie value of that market is recorded.

FAQ:

  • When the saved market cookie expires, redirection to the correct market is based on IP.
  • It should be noted that this redirection logic modification only applies to those who have enabled the market-domain redirection feature.
  • If the domain redirection feature is not enabled, it will not affect the domain address being visited.

2. 【Update】Multi-Market & Multi-Currency Plugin Now Supports Iranian Currency

Usage scenario:

  • The online store for end consumers now supports the selection and use of Iranian currency, meeting the business needs of merchants selling goods in the Iranian market. Without this, it would be difficult to do business in Iran.

Usage path:

  • Multi-Market: Shoplazza admin backend > Settings > Markets > Manage > Products and pricing > Manage > Currency.
  • Multi-Currency: Shoplazza admin backend >App homepage > Add currency > Iranian Rial > Confirm.

Feature introduction:

  • Once the Iranian currency, Iranian Rial (IRR ﷼), has been added to the multi-market currency options in the B-end. When consumers visit the market, product prices can be displayed in Iranian currency.
  • Once the multi-currency plugin added Iranian currency. Consumers can switch the currency to Iranian currency, or it can automatically switch based on IP (according to backend configuration).

3. 【Update】Sales Funnel:A total of 4 funnel templates are provided for merchants to reuse

Usage scenario:

  • Merchants can directly copy and use the funnel templates, eliminating the need to start from a blank page. The funnel templates provide decoration references and business scenario demonstrations for merchants, making it easier for them to understand the possible page decoration effects and improving their operational efficiency to some extent.

Usage path:

  • Shoplazza admin backend >Sales Funnel app >Funnel > Funnel list > Edit/Duplicate funnel.

Feature introduction:

  • We provide decorated sales funnel templates. After installing the Sales Funnel plugin, merchants will find 4 preset funnel templates in the funnel list, which they can directly reuse or use as decoration effect references.
  • Regular operations such as copying, editing, deleting, and previewing the sales funnel templates are supported.

4.【Update】Sales Funnel:Funnel product selection now supports SKU switching and corresponding SKU image display

Usage scenario:

  • When consumers visit the online store via the sales funnel and switch style selections, the product image display area can correspondingly switch to display the image of the selected style, making it easier for consumers to confirm their selected style.

Usage path:

  • This is a system-level display logic optimization, so there's no specific usage path.

Feature introduction:

  • The system now supports displaying the corresponding SKU image based on the user's selected SKU.
  • When multiple SKUs are selected, the SKU image is displayed in real-time according to the selection changes.

5.【Update】Sales Funnel:Preset Discount Activity Templates in the Plugin

Usage scenario:

  • When merchants create discount activities in the Sales Funnel plugin, the default values for the discount are filled in using preset templates. Merchants can create new discount activity based on these templates, thereby improving the efficiency.

Usage path:

  • Shoplazza admin backend Sales Funnel app Discounts Create discount

Feature introduction:

  • When creating a new disocunt activity, three discount combinations are given by default as basic templates.
  • Automatically insert dynamic variable values, such as calculating and filling in the discount title and discount copy based on discount information. For example, if the product price is $100 and the discount rule is: buy 1 item for a 20% discount, then the title will automatically change to "Buy 1 for $80", and the discount copy will automatically change to "You save 20%".
