Understanding Shoplazza Payments Failures

Finding the Error Code

1.Access your order list: Log in to your Shoplazza admin and go to Orders>Abandoned checkout.

2. Filter for failed payments: In the All orders tab, under the Payment Status column, filter the list to show orders with unsuccessful payments.

3.View the order timeline: Click on the order to see its details. Scroll down to the timeline section to view the specific reason for the payment failure.

Common Failure Reasons

There are a few common reasons why a Shoplazza Payment might fail.

card_declined The card issuer rejected the request for unknown reasons. Consumers are advised to contact the card issuer.
payment_intent_authentication_failure The card was not authenticated.
card_declined_fraudulent This payment was declined due to suspected fraud.
card_declined-do_not_honor The card was declined for unknown reasons. Consumers are advised to contact the issuing bank.
card_declined-transaction_not_allowed The card was declined for unknown reasons. Consumers are advised to contact the issuing bank.
declined-card_not_supported This card is not supported for this purchase type.
card_declined_generic_decline The card was rejected for an unknown reason. It may be that the payment was blocked because the Dian Xiaowei function was enabled. Merchants can check whether Dian Xiaowei has been enabled. If not, it is recommended that consumers contact the issuing bank to handle it.
card_declined-insufficient_funds Insufficient funds on the card.
declined-try_again_later The card was declined for unknown reasons. Consumers are advised to contact the issuing bank.
payment_params_invalid-incorrect_cvc Incorrect CVC number.
expired_card The card has expired.
lost_card The payment was declined because the card was reported lost.
stolen_card The payment was declined because the card was reported stolen.
withdrawal_count_limit_exceeded The customer has exceeded his bank card balance or credit limit.
