Businesses located in the United States can use Shoplazza Payments to accept debit and credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. Additional payment options include Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Buy Now Pay Later services such as Affirm, Afterpay, and Klarna.

Bank account requirements
Note
Upon activation of Shoplazza Payments, eligible merchants can receive funds into their Shoplazza Balance account as soon as T+2. These funds can be reviewed at any time.
Funds from Shoplazza Payments can be transferred either to a Shoplazza Balance account or an eligible external account. Before linking your bank account to Shoplazza Payments, make sure that it meets the following criteria:
- Account type: The bank account must be a full-service checking account based in the United States and operate in USD.
- Transfer eligibility: Account must be eligible for ACH (Automated Clearing House) transfers.
Personal information requirements
Due to regulatory differences across regions, providing personal and business information is essential. This data helps identify the users of Shoplazza Payments, including the beneficial owners of corporate entities and ensures compliance with laws aimed at preventing financial crimes such as money laundering and terrorism financing.

Shoplazza and its partners may periodically request additional information to ensure compliance with evolving regulations. These checks can occur at any time during the active period of your account.

Verification of your Shoplazza Payments information will be conducted against records from the U.S. Internal Revenue Service. The information entered, such as the Employer Identification Number (EIN), business name, and owner name, must exactly match the details on your IRS CP575 statement or IRS Letter 147C, consistent with your IRS W-9 form. Verify these details with the IRS or consult a tax professional if unsure.
Payment period
The payment period refers to the time from the receipt of a customer's payment to the deposit of those funds into your bank account. The date and time of the customer's payment are recorded in UTC.
Note
Please be aware that funds may not immediately appear in your bank account after being sent. Banks typically require between 24 to 72 hours to process these deposits.
Payout amount limit
To request a payout, ensure your account balance meets the following requirement:
- USD Accounts: Minimum balance of USD 500
If your balance is below this amount, you will not be able to apply for a payout.
