Configuring the 17Track Logistics Tracking Page in Your Store

Setting up a tracking page lets customers see their order status in real-time. They can enter their tracking numbers on your website to check where their packages are, which improves satisfaction. 17Track is a platform that helps track international packages and offers different tracking tools for merchants to use. These tools can be added to your store for easy tracking. This article will show you how to set up the 17Track tracking page in your store.

Configuring the tracking page

1. Enter the 17Track website: Click here  to go to the logistics tracking widget page.

2. Copy the code: Using Mode II as an example: Click the Mode II button. On the code page, click the Copy Code button.

3. Log in to your Shoplazza admin: Click Online Store > Custom Page > Add Page.

4. Find the source code button: Enter the page name, then click the Source Code button in the text input box.

5. Add the code to the custom page: Paste the code copied from the 17Track page into the source code input box and click OK. You can modify/add other content on this page as needed. Remember to save the changes to the custom page.

6. Go to the navigation page: Log in to your Shoplazza admin, click Online Store > Navigation > Edit to enter the menu settings page.

7. Add a custom page: Click Add menu item, then enter the menu name and select the custom page as the menu link in the popup.

8. Select your custom page: In the popup, select the custom page that contains the widget source code and click OK.

9. Save your settings: After confirming the menu settings, click Add, then save the settings.

How Customers will track orders

1. Using the tracking page: When customers click the menu link on your website, they will be taken to the logistics tracking page. They can enter their tracking number and click the TRACK button to be redirected to the 17Track logistics tracking page to view their tracking information.
